Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy defines the collection, processing, encryption, and storage of physician and patient data within the Tabib.today service. We maintain strict compliance with medical confidentiality and data protection laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. Data We Process
We collect only data strictly necessary for ambient clinical documentation:
- Physician credential data: First name, last name, specialty, phone number, medical license or diploma number, institution, and region.
- Consultation audio & transcript: Audio recording between doctor and patient (only after explicit voluntary patient consent).
- Clinical SOAP draft: Subjective complaints, history, objective findings, and physician-directed plans.
3. 72-Hour Ephemeral Data Policy
Raw consultation audio and intermediate transcripts are never stored indefinitely. If a visit note is not confirmed or rejected by the clinician within 72 hours, all initial audio files and temporary transcripts are permanently purged.
4. Security & Cryptographic Protection
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocols. Data at rest is encrypted with military-grade AES-256 standards. Every access, read, and modification event is recorded in a tamper-resistant security audit log.
5. Patient Rights & Link Revocation
Patients can revoke doctor linkage in Tablet.today at any time with one tap. In this event, clinician access to the patient profile is terminated immediately. Patients only receive plain-language summaries; raw EMR files are protected.
