1. Purpose of the Service
Tabib.today is an ambient clinical documentation software for healthcare professionals. It records visit audio and synthesizes structured SOAP drafts. It is not an autonomous diagnostic device, does not prescribe treatments, and does not replace the physician.
2. Clinical Responsibility
Sole responsibility for medical diagnosis, prescriptions, and therapeutic plans remains exclusively with the licensed physician. Clinicians must personally inspect, edit, and confirm every draft before it becomes part of official medical records.
3. Clinician Account & Credential Verification
Access to Tabib.today is restricted to practitioners holding a valid medical license or higher medical university diploma. Accounts are provisioned only after credential verification by an administrator.
4. Intellectual Property & Data Rights
The software, neural architectures, interface design, and trademarks of Tabib.today are protected intellectual property. Patient clinical data is encrypted and never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
